Michael Keady

Michael grew up around agriculture with his grandfather who managed a 9,000-acre operation in Klamath Falls, Oregon. It was through those experiences with his grandfather that he learned about the qualities of people within farming and ranching communities: hard work, integrity, and honesty. Those values are core principles in how he conducts himself personally and within his business. 

 

After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in finance, Michael began his career in private equity business development. He learned many valuable skills and was exposed to many industries, but ultimately, decided to follow his passion for agriculture by becoming an agricultural real estate broker. He also has experience in the ag technology sector, which has allowed him to amass hands-on experience working with Pacific Northwest farmers to effectively manage their assets. 

 

Farmers in the Pacific Northwest region grow a wide variety of crops from potatoes to tree fruits and they are integral to the region’s economy, environment, and way of life. Michael is grateful to be a part of the Agribusiness Trading Group team and join an incredibly hard-working and respected group.
