Kirk Swenson

Kirk brings over 46 years of experience in banking, finance, and real estate to his work in agricultural land brokerage. He began his career with 1 Stop Realty, Inc. in 1978 and has since built a reputation for deep expertise, integrity, and long-term client relationships—often working across multiple generations of the same family.

Kirk specializes in helping clients preserve and grow their equity through the strategic use of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. His understanding of land value, market trends, and wealth-building strategies makes him a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike.

A founding member of Agriculture Real Estate Investors, LLC (now Teays River Investments) Kirk has played a key role in land acquisitions and analysis across the United States.

Throughout his career, Kirk has continually invested in his own education, taking advantage of countless learning opportunities to stay ahead in a constantly evolving industry.

Kirk and his wife, Marilee, have made their home in the Kasson-Mantorville area for their entire married life, deeply rooted in the community they love and serve.
