Since earning her Marketing and Real Estate degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Kalen has been with Peoples Company, leveraging nearly two decades of experience. She remains actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines, serving as its President in 2021, and is a proud member of EO Iowa.

Kalen is passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate process while contributing to the growth and development of the communities she serves. 

Kalen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, where she gained a strong foundation in business, sales, and market analysis—skills she continues to apply in her real estate career.
