Cheryl joined Peoples Company in February 2026 as a Land Agent Assistant working closely with agents in the DeWitt, IA office. Previously, she was an Iowa-licensed real estate agent for eight years. Cheryl is a cancer survivor.  She has raised three children, is a foster dog mom, and has 4 dogs of her own.

Cheryl graduated from Scott Community College with an Associates of Arts & Science & Associates of Science Majoring in Computer Science, Minor in Business.
