Brandon Bergquist

Brandon grew up on a century farm near Lohrville, Iowa (Calhoun County) helping with his family’s livestock and row crop operation. He earned a biology degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. During summer breaks, he worked for a construction company building single-family homes. Currently, Brandon serves as a Conservation Officer with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, assigned to Boone and Story Counties. Brandon has developed extensive connections throughout central Iowa. Through his vast network, Brandon has assisted clients with land acquisitions and sales, purchasing or selling homes, business opportunities, and habitat improvement/development. A responsive real estate agent known for his extensive farmland, habitat, and home-building experience, he earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf. Brandon resides in central Story County with his wife and two children. Brandon is currently licensed to sell real estate in Iowa, with a primary focus on farmland, recreational land, and residential properties.
