Based in Southern Iowa and backed by a strong agricultural background, Adam thrives on the growth and evolution of the industry. He is dedicated to helping both farmers and investors not only identify opportunities but also act on them with confidence. 

Adam believes that the land business is globally connected, which inspires him to embrace fresh, outside-the-box ideas. With a strong focus on agricultural real estate, he leverages his extensive network of connections to deliver successful outcomes for his clients. 

In addition to brokerage, Adam plays an active role in Peoples Company’s auction division. He has built a reputation for providing exceptional service through his in-depth market knowledge, superior work ethic, innovative property promotion, and clear communication. 

Raised on a family farm and actively involved in the family livestock market, Adam developed early on the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences instilled in him a deep appreciation for relationships, a strong work ethic, and the importance of product knowledge. Combined with his problem-solving skills and creative marketing strategies, Adam delivers clients a productive, personalized, and rewarding buying or selling experience.
