In 2020, Peoples Company launched its Pacific West (PCPW) division by partnering with established industry veterans with a long history of servicing all of California’s major farming regions and a vast array of commodity types. With a diverse customer base that ranges from large national agricultural operators to local farming families to sophisticated global investors, PCPW’s goal is to provide innovative solutions that add value to every client.

The Pacific West team has provided successful disposition, acquisition, appraisal, and consulting services for several billion dollars of farmland assets across all major agricultural markets in California and select western states. PCPW is composed of professionals who contribute significant brokerage, appraisal, research, marketing, and transactional skillsets and are proficient at leveraging PCPW’s proprietary data-driven systems to efficiently provide successful results to a wide range of clients.
