Land Pro LLC Rebrands as Peoples Company

September 3, 2025

Land Pro LLC, a respected name in farmland management and brokerage, has rebranded as Peoples Company. The transition from Land Pro to Peoples Company, which became official as of September 1, follows Iowa-based Peoples Company’s acquisition of Land Pro in January 2025.

“After more than two decades of building Land Pro into a trusted partner for landowners, I’m excited to take this next step with Peoples Company,” said Ray Brownfield, founder of Land Pro LLC. “This rebrand isn’t just a name change—it demonstrates to our clients that we are investing in the future, with innovative technology and resources brought to bear by Peoples Company. With Peoples Company’s national reach and expertise, we are better positioned than ever to serve landowners with integrity, insight, and care.”

Brownfield and the Land Pro team will continue serving clients under the Peoples Company brand.

Peoples Company is an industry leader in integrated land management, brokerage, appraisal, capital markets, and energy solutions with offices across the nation.

Steve Bruere, President of Peoples Company, added, “Ray and his team have set the standard for professionalism in land management and brokerage, which is why we were so thrilled to bring them onto our team in January. Bringing Land Pro fully under the Peoples Company name was a natural evolution of our partnership. We’re proud to carry forward their legacy while expanding opportunities for clients across the country.”

The rebrand was formally announced at Land Pro’s annual Fall Seminar on September 3, 2025.
